My typical customer will be a borrower who has income restrictions to qualify and seeking different options to purchase or refinance from a current high interest loan.

I typically will ask for the needs and priorities first whether low monthly payment or low interest rate is their main concern.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
The top three misconception people have about the loan process is: 1. They have good credit and income, therefore their loan should be approved quicker. 2. It's OK to deposit funds into their bank accounts right before closing. 3. If they put down at least 20%, then the lender to easily approved.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I would recommend my borrowers to utilize my web page to learn more about different products and loan options and different tools they can use to cater to their own specific needs.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The most satisfying part of being a loan officer is to deliver the good news to the borrowers saying " Your loan is clear to close. When would you like to schedule closing?"
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Some of my hobbies include working out, running marathons, fishing and crabbing with my kids. I love outdoor so anything that involves being outdoor is enjoyable to me although I'm allergic to ants. Of all things right?
