My typical customer ranges from young millennial's purchasing their first home to experienced investors. I've had the opportunity to help many clients purchasing their first home or their 10th!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
First and most important is to get to know my customer and discuss what is most important to them. We work together to complete a loan application and discuss their options in more detail. I educate our clients on what is the best option for them now and in the long run. I like to make sure they are making the best financial decision for themselves and their families.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. If you don't have credit you can't qualify for a mortgage.
2. You need 20% down payment to get a mortgage loan.
3. Its cheaper to rent than it is to buy.
