What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
In addition to taking a customers loan application, I ask every client about 10 additional questions that I've come up with. This process allows me to better determine the best home loan for them and their situation.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
The first misconception that comes to mind would be that people still think you need to put 20% down on a home in order to purchase it. In addition to that, people often think that they must live in the house for a certain number years in order to avoid a penalty, which is also not true! The last one that comes to mind would be that clients think that all banks, mortgage companies and credit unions are the same when it comes to their rules and guidelines when buying a home.
