Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My typical customers are first-time home-buyers or repeat customers. Usually, their questions are related to the actual loan process. I always encourage clients to ask as many questions as they want and I make sure to answer all of them. I always strive to set proper expectations up front, therefore answering most questions before they are even asked.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I will listen to each client's needs and then ask specific questions to ensure that I am able to recommend the home loan that will best suit them. I also stress the importance of providing all documents up front, therefore allowing me to analyze them and make my recommendations accordingly.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
When we are at the closing table and I am privileged to be able to share in that special moment with my clients. It is a moment that they will remember forever.
