Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
Typical customer is someone that is purchasing a home for the first time and doesn't understand what products are best for them and their family.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I always make sure they are clear of what expectations are in front of them when it comes to money out of pocket, and how much home the can afford. More importantly how comfortable are they with their payment.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
3 misconceptions are
1. how stressful purchasing a home is.
2. how long an escrow will take some clients think they'll be in escrow for months.
3. the loan officer is out to get them and not looking out for them.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The most satisfaction is when I have a customer that didn't think it was possible to purchase a home. It is rewarding when they were able to purchase something for their family when they might have thought they were years away from making that dream come true.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
and sports in general.

What makes me unique is that usually I become their friend at the end of the transaction. Many times I get invited to their parties etc. as almost apart of the family.
