Most popular customers with questions are 1st time home buyers and current homeowners. 1st time home buyers who usually have the question of how much money is needed to buy a certain home. The second is a current homeowner wanting to know if a refinance is the right move for them, or if it makes sense for the customer to buy another home.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I would advise the customer to use my online application and the tools that go with it. It is a great comparison of your specific information while also seeing the numbers immediately to compare.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
You can not buy without 20% down, definitely not true.
I do not have good credit, okay not everyone does but you still have options or you can take steps to ensure you make great strides for your future goals.
I do not have two years at my current job. There are many different situations that can be best discussed with further detail.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
My satisfaction comes from referrals, knowing that a client was thrilled with my results and happy with my service. The trust and confidence to recommend me to their family or friends is the best satisfaction knowing that I had served them well.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I enjoy anything active and the outdoors.
