My typical customers are first time homebuyers who usually have questions about everything from start to finish. I pride myself in my ability to clearly answer and explain all loan options and what advantages they have with a focus on each buyers specific needs. Its important to always keep first time homebuyers informed every step of the way to help maintain their confidence and alleviate any possible stress.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
In order to find the best home loan for each client, I spend time talking to them and asking questions to find out what their short term and long time goals are. Based on that information I'm able to tailor the best options around that and explain what the advantages are and how the loan will work over time.

1. That they need perfect credit and a large down payment to be approved for a mortgage. 2. That mortgages are one-size-fits-all - There are a ton of mortgage programs and even within any particular program, tons of ways to tailor the loan to your individual needs. 3. What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
As a loan officer I get the most satisfaction helping people realize the dream of homeowners. When final loan approval has been issued and I know the buyer is informed and confident, then I know I've done my job and helped someone and their family realize their dream.
