What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
The first step is finding out how a customer prefers to be communicated with and how they need to receive information in order to clearly understand the process of obtaining a mortgage.
The second step is determining comfort-ability in regards to mortgage payments. I don't want my customers to feel "house-poor". I want them to remember that they should still aim to do all the funds they wish to do in life.
The third step is finding the right program to suit their budget, credit score, and down payment availability at the most reasonable cost possible.

The top three misconceptions are:
1. You have to have 20% down to buy a home.
2. You have to have a 740 credit score to buy a home.
3. Obtaining a mortgage is a very stressful and trying process.
