What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I take around 45 minutes to find out any concerns and fears they may have about the mortgage process. Then walk them through my entire process from the day the put in their application to the day they get their keys.

That you can just push a button and get a mortgage. That it takes a lot of money to purchase a home. That it's a long and drawn out process
