My typical customer is a homebuyer that values expertise and guidance. They want to work with a collaborative partner to create a plan and be well informed throughout the home loan process.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I approach the home loan process from a financial advisory perspective to ensure that the solution aligns with the client's short & long-term financial plans & goals. I work with them to create a mortgage plan and not just do a mortgage transaction.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. Home loans are a commodity and the only difference is the rate
2. The process is always stressful & a bad experience
3. Buyers are required to put 20% down to get a home

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Re-creating, with clients, the feeling I had when purchasing my first home. A new home is a new adventure or chapter in life. It is exciting and I love to help clients feel that excitement.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, Kadynce, Kaili and Ryan. I also love watching movies.
