My typical customers/clients are first-time home buyers. Most often I get questions on the down payment, credit requirements and what type of loan programs we offer. The biggest question is how MUCH of a home can I afford?
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I evaluate the needs of the customers based on their current financial status. Income, Credit & Existing Debt. Based on the results I find the right loan program to fit the needs of the customer perfectly.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
The top 3 misconceptions people have: that a large down payment is needed, banks & mortgage companies are not lending and you need a high credit score.

I'm the most satisfied when the dream of homeownership becomes a reality. There is nothing more satisfying than a happy client!
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I graduated from a Performing Arts School and I still love the Arts today. In my spare time, I enjoy singing and doing community events to promote financial literacy & wealth building. I also to great joy in supporting my two sons who are also singers & performers.
