I generally don't have a typical customer. Most of my customers have a very different story and background. I work with people from all walks of life. The question I am most often asked is do I qualify? What is my down payment? How much can I borrower?

Several steps to qualifying but most important:
Pull credit - what is your score.
How much loan can you afford? - Income and Debt review
How much down payment do you have?
What is your time frame?
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
It's difficult - it does not have to be!
You need to have lots of money to close - you don't!

What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I believe with my team we can educate our borrowers on the process of the loan and what to expect during the process. I believe open communication always ensures a successful home closing.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The most satisfying thing about being a loan officer is seeing that first time home buyer get their keys knowing I was able to assist in Financing. I also love to see my clients able to save money after we complete a refinance for them. It is satisfying to help my clients achieve home ownership and financial freedom.

What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I enjoy spending time with my kids, trying different food places, and shopping with friends. I also love to Travel.
