What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I will collect all the documents needed for your approval as if you had actually purchased a home. This way your loan is being reviewed up front so we know what to expect when the real house comes along. Then I will ask my clients how long they plan on living in the home to see if an ARM or a fixed rate is the best option for them.

The amount of documentation that is needed, a lot of times all that is needed is a W2 and a paystub. The length of time is takes to get to the closing table, I have closed loans in 15 days. The length of time it takes for the appraisal process - appraisals are being completed and returned in a lot of cases within 7 days.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
My goal in the mortgage business is to create a Client For Life. I do that by providing the best experience a client could have while making, possibly, the biggest investment of their life. I feel I've been a success if that client refers me to a friend, co-worker, or family member.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Hobbies - golfing, skiing and travelling with family
