1. Staff - extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional and friendly...and always quick to respond. Often, the response times were INSTANT. My loan officer, Steven Yap, is the BEST in the business. His support staff, Marisol and Chante, were incredibly professional and responsive. The team made me feel like I was being taken care of by family. Also: the tech/website is great. Everything was streamlined and super easy to use.
