I work with a lot of first time home buyers who have questions about the entire process. They have questions about payments and costs to get into a new home as well as the mortgage process itself.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I do an in depth application and focus on their needs and what they are looking to accomplish. Once I fully understand the client profile we work to find the best program for them.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
Many believe that you need a 20% down payment.
Credit scoring and how it impacts their ability to purchase.
A general lack of knowledge about the process itself.

the dream of home ownership! Serving families and helping them them get into their new home is a wonderful thing.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Most of my free time is spent with friends and family and of course my two beautiful children.
