What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I ask what their monthly mortgage comfort range is and down payment working with. After I prequel them I provide buyer and realtor with various sale price options they are pre-approved for to start house hunting in their comfort range.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1) they do not qualify, 2) can roll their closing cost into their purchase loan, 3) their loan is locked based on the initial LE

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Helping realtors w/ their clients and exceed their expectation. Helping buyers that have not have success with other banks, but was able to get their loan closed
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Outrigger canoe paddling, hiking and traveling
