Finally, I provide the best available solutions containing the best rates and terms; and follow through the transaction with above expectation service and fast closing.

The best advice I can give a first time home buyer is to get fully pre-approved with a reliable source that you have been personally referred to that is known and trusted by the person referring you. The best person to get a referral from is your real estate agent since they are actively in the business on a daily basis. Take advice from the professionals not your friends and family. I have been in the mortgage business for 15 years. I've always believed that a home is the foundation of a family. It is also where a family grows in many ways that affect their lives. Being a successful part of this integral step is very rewarding.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
My background is a little different from others in the field, which gives me a unique perspective that has allowed me to see solutions that are creative and resourceful. I have been in every position in the mortgage industry from processing and underwriting to Broker Owner to VP of Mortgage Lending. This affords me a different approach as I am able to see scenarios from different points of view and attack any challenges from the inside out or avoid them all together.
