Listen first to understand each clients individual situation and specific needs and desires. Gather financial information to determine qualifications. Then to present and educate customers as to loan options and to get them comfortable with rates, monthly payments as well as they process itself.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Getting to know new people and building a trusting relationship. Then seeing the process through to a successful close and then having them refer me as that is the highest compliment I can receive.
