First and foremost is to listen to their needs, wants and wishes. Find out what their comfort zone is for a mortgage payment and what area they want to live in.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
First Time Buyers. Communicating that their loan application has been approved and that they are Cleared to Close. Very exciting time in their lives.
