Typically my customers are referrals from past Clients.

I listen to their Needs, Wants and Goals. It is very important to me to understand the Their Entire Picture.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
#1. they think they need 20 % down to buy a home.
#2. They think lenders like to torture clients.
#3. We are in it for just the money.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Resources kind of scare me these day. Just because it's on the internet does not make it true. I would suggest to anyone, to sit down with their lender and ask questions. Your Lender should have quality, concrete, factual information about the process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The best feeling in the world is when a past customer calls and wants to refer me a friend or Family.....
