My typical client is someone looking for an Advisor and a relationship, not just a transaction. Questions usually asked are: What are your recommendations concerning mortgage product? What are the challenges I will face in the process? Lastly, Can you explain what steps I need to take to make this process as smooth as possible?

An analytical approach, trying to underwrite and pre-approved before contract so we have no hiccups as we navigate the process.

It's super easy, they need to provide little documentation, and things never change in the process!
