My typical customer is First Time Home Buyer. People who have not purchased a home what to know how the process works and how quickly they can be fully approved for a Mortgage Loan.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
It's important to ask all the right questions in the beginning of the process. That way I can get an idea of the clients needs and it helps me help them chose the right mortgage loan.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. You need excellent credit to buy a home.
2. You need thousands of dollars and huge down payment to buy a home.
3. That it can take a very long time to buy a home.

There are plenty of resources online. To have a successful home closing a borrower really needs to understand the process and work with an experienced Loan Officer. It's important to know and understand the Mortgage Process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I get a lot of satisfaction when a family buys a home for the very first time.
