My typical clients are wide ranging. I have worked with experienced real estate investors, first time home buyers, and buyers with unique needs.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Every client is different. With active listening and matching your unique qualifiers I can custom tailor a loan to maximize the savings and benefits. Call center loan officers often lack the experience and resources to match this type of service.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
I have worked with many clients that start out thinking that buying a home is not obtainable for them, most are often amazed how affordable home buying actual is. Secondly, clients think that buying a home requires hours of work and mountains of paper work. In most cases with current technology only a few documents are actually needed and many loans can close in as few as 20 days depending on the time it takes to get the inspections and appraisals completed. Lastly, the variety of loan programs available. Typically clients are aware of the three main programs (FHA, VA, Conventional) but in actuality a knowledgeable loan officer with the right company has a multitude of programs and utilizing expansive knowledge of these programs to tailor fit the right loan maximizes the savings and benefits to the clients unique situation.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Satisfaction comes when we stand up from the closing table and the client isn't just happy with their transaction, but astounded.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
When I am not helping people fulfill the dream of home ownership I am participating in community building events for families, assisting in local food drives, and Veteran appreciation events.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I am truly passionate about Real Estate. In my free time I can often be found researching properties and exploring new locations. One of my favorite ways to relax is going on long drives with my family to different cities and driving through neighborhoods. My kids of course have to stop at every new playground or park that we pass along the way. Most of the apps on my cell phone are real estate based.
