What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I like to help customers find the best home loan possible by finding out their whole situation. Every borrower is different and I look to find out what exactly they need to put them in the best mortgage situation possible.
What are the pros and cons of a fixed rate mortgage versus an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM)?
The main difference between a Fixed rate mortgage and an adjustable rate mortgage all comes down to how long the borrwer plans on staying in their home. A fixed rate mortgae is a great product for a person looking to buy a home that they will be living in for many years to come. Adjustable rate mortgages are made for the person that is only on planning on staying in a home for 5-10 years. Both are great products, it just comes down to what the borrowers needs are.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
I think the hardest part for borrowers is not knowing what is going on during their mortgage process. I like to set expectations on when I will need something from them, what I will be doing during each step, and setting expectations with time frames and deadlines. I want the borrower to know what is going on at all times.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
In my spare time I am a huge sports fan. I love playing and watching sports.

Something unique about me is that my family was born in Ireland and I was the first one born in the United States.
