How long have you been in the mortgage business and what inspired you to get into it?
I have been in the mortgage business since 1991. I have always liked helping people and this was a great way to go about doing that.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
If you are thinking about purchasing your first home make sure you get pre-approved prior to shopping. There are a lot of great programs out there but you need to make sure you find the right fit first.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
That’s easy…providing all of the documentation necessary for mortgage approval. I provide my customers with a personalized checklist and pretty much 24/7 access to me during the entire process. I love working with busy professionals on the go!
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Spending time with my family and 2 dogs Lucy and Gibson.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I have an addiction to walnuts. They are my go to food. I freeze them and then grab and eat when I need a snack.
