About The Brudigan Team
We're Mike and Miles Brudigan, a father-son mortgage team at Rate. We work with homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate partners throughout Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa. Mike has more than 30 years of residential mortgage experience, including the past eight years at Rate. Before becoming a lender, Miles spent more than a decade in hospitality, where clear communication, attention to detail, and taking care of people were part of the job every day. That same mindset, along with a shared commitment to educating buyers, is at the center of how we work together today. We help first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, investors, clients purchasing second homes, and homeowners considering a refinance. Every client's situation is different, so buyer education is a major part of how we work. We start with your goals instead of a specific loan program, walk through the numbers, explain the available options in plain English, and make sure you understand why a particular strategy may or may not make sense for you. From the first conversation through closing, we stay involved, keep you updated, and make sure you know what comes next. Our job is to make the mortgage process easier to understand so you can make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Outside of work, we're both big on family and golf. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Suzanne, and their family at the lake cabin, golfing, and going to sprint car races with friends. Miles enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Gabby, and their dog, Charlie, being around family and friends, and getting out for a round of golf whenever he can.
