Chris is a seasoned Rate Regional Manager with 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, driving strategic planning and growth across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Born and raised in Massachusetts, he grew up on Cape Cod and later raised his family on the North Shore. After his youngest daughter headed to college, Chris relocated just over the border to southern New Hampshire, where he now works out of Rate’s Portsmouth office. A proud father of two daughters—now young women—Chris is passionate about the outdoors. Whether he’s hiking, skiing, biking, or tackling new adventures, he thrives on pushing his limits and exploring new boundaries.
