My approach to the mortgage business is with the heart of a teacher. The client today needs to know they are not making a mistake. That's why I give each client a Total Cost Analysis to make sure they're getting the perfect mortgage that fits them in every way. I graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, and went to work with IBM and Hitachi Corp where I extensively used sophisticated financial analysis. I entered the mortgage business with Wells Fargo in 1994, and joined Victor Ciardelli in 1997 at Guaranteed Financial, which then became Rate in March 2000. My wife Diana, son Nikolas, dog Charlie and I all live in Lincoln Park near DePaul University in Chicago. We love to sail and play golf, and are involved with our church and community and school. We're big Northwestern Wildcat fans too!
