About Fred Burt
Fred is a licensed loan officer with Rate which is currently the largest privately held mortgage lender in the Nation. He started in the business in November of 2005. He prides himself on being able to offer a wide variety of loan programs and products, some of the most competitive rates and fees in the industry, and spending the time with the client up front to make sure they have a solid understanding of all of the different options available for a particular scenario. Fred really enjoys the Mortgage business and takes great pride in his work. When he isn’t working with clients, Fred enjoys spending his time with his wife and three year old son Daven as well as the new addition to the family son Levi born in January 2019. Fred is licensed in many states so whether you are looking to purchase a new home, refinance a current home, or purchase your vacation home, Fred is the guy to get the job done.
