Lance attended Cal State San Bernardino on a basketball scholarship graduating with a degree in Mathematics in 2003. After graduating he immediately went into the mortgage industry following in his brother's footsteps working for First Choice Funding Group until joining Rate in 2009. He has helped thousands of clients with home loans closing well over $1B in business over the past 21 plus years. He now lives in Corona, Ca with his wife and 3 daughters. He credits his success to a commitment of outstanding customer service creating a smooth mortgage experience while offering very competitive products.
