I have over 18 years experience in the service of area home buyers. I have an unusual insight into the local market and the process of qualifying and applying for a loan. I am sensitive to the differing requirements of home buyers. For my customers, I simplify an otherwise complex process and guide them at every stage to ensure nothing is overlooked. I dedicate my complete attention to each customer's needs to ensure a smooth transition from pre-qualification to application to closing. I am well versed in a wide array of loan products including first and second mortgages, jumbo mortgages, and new construction financing for shore area homes.
