Tony Zerwas has been in the mortgage business for more than 20 years, and has been recognized by his clients for his outstanding customer service numerous times. Tony believes in putting his customers first. His goal is to help you through the process, making it easy to understand and comfortable for you, as well as ensuring that your loan closes as quickly as possible. Tony was inspired to get into the mortgage business to help people realize the dream of home ownership. He is a Renovation Loans Specialist and also loves doing VA Loans, and helping first time homebuyers with down payment assistance programs. He is licensed in 17 states. Tony graduated from Concordia University with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He grew up in Hugo, Minnesota, where he currently resides with his wife, daughter and son. He is a member at Eagle Brook Church in Lino Lakes, Minnesota and is passionate about the outdoors. He especially enjoys Minnesota's 10,000 lakes with his family during the summer months.
