About Daniella Oropeza
My name is Daniella Oropeza, and I was born in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, but I lived my entire life in Venezuela. I have been living in the United States for the past seven years, seeking a better quality of life and a brighter future for my family. I studied Business Administration with a specialization in Management in Venezuela, graduating in 2001. Then, I pursued further education in Canada, where I studied English and obtained an advanced certificate in 2002. This was a remarkable experience for me, as it not only improved my language skills but also enriched my cultural understanding. Upon returning to Venezuela, I managed a family business, a farm dedicated to the production of brown sugar and hay. We made the decision to migrate to this country in 2017 due to the challenging situation in Venezuela. Upon arriving, I had the opportunity to work by offering English classes to private adults and large companies. I have been in the mortgage industry for the past five years from 2019, starting as a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA), then as Production Assistant and later becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). I felt prepared to take this step and successfully obtained my license. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication and customer service skills, which have been instrumental in building lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents and assisting them in navigating the mortgage process. I am passionate about helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership and take pride in being a reliable resource for my clients. In addition to my professional endeavors, I enjoy exploring new cultures, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. I believe that continuous learning and personal growth are essential, and I strive to inspire those around me to pursue their goals and aspirations as well.
