Dave gained knowledge of mortgage guidelines and elite customer service skills while working on The Noldan Team for the past 5 years. Starting on the operations side enabled Dave to learn and embrace the groundbreaking technology that Rate has to offer as a leader in lending in both speed and efficiency.
