It is very gratifying to help buyers become owners. I love to attend each closing with my clients and partake in all their joy. After graduating from Virginia Tech, I began my career in mortgage banking. Over the past 24 years, I've gained experience in several facets of the business, including post-closing, processing, underwriting, and as a Loan Officer Assistant. Since 2014, I have been a originating my book of business as a Loan Officer. I like to think that my many years of experience in the mortgage industry has made me more of a "mortgage guy who's now in a sales role" versus "a sales guy who's now selling mortgages." I use all of this experience to expertly serve clients in VA, MD, DC, NC, SC, PA, and WV throughout their exciting homebuying journey. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a move-up buyer, a veteran, or somewhere in between, I will help you traverse the home buying experience and explain the process from contract to closing and beyond. With a vast suite of skills learned from 24 years in the mortgage business, I approach my job as a mortgage ambassador. I want to help borrowers like you feel comfortable every step of the way, and that starts with understanding the mortgage process. I'm the father of three girls. I enjoy exercise, watching sports, cooking, and playing guitar and bass in a cover band, but nothing beats winding down with a good book, TV show, or video game.
