About Josh Friedson
Josh Friedson is a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Rate with over 24 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Josh's expertise ranges from providing first-time homebuyers with the knowledge and support they need to confidently make one of life's most significant purchases, to identifying unique solutions for more complicated financial situations. Josh's extensive experience and caring manner, combined with technology to build a more efficient process, is infused in every customer experience. He has been recognized annually as a Presidents Club Producer since 2007 and was named in Washingtonian Magazine's "Best Mortgage Professionals and Top Producers" in both 2019 and 2020. Josh lives in Potomac, Maryland, with his wife and two children. He believes strongly in giving back to the community by providing two annual scholarships to Veterans at the University of Maryland. He actively supports the Feeding of the Needy nonprofit, which his grandfather started more than 30 years ago.
