Damian entered the mortgage industry in 2012 after years of helping his father with real estate paperwork and being inspired by his mother's work designing homes for over a decade. A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in Education, he has always approached lending with a focus on helping clients make informed, educated decisions. By combining Grade-A customer service, strong communication, and continuous training to stay current with lending updates and market changes, Damian has built a reputation as a trusted resource for homebuyers and homeowners alike. His commitment to clients and referral partners has helped grow his business organically, with approximately 95% of his business coming from referrals by Realtors, past clients, financial planners, and other trusted sources. Damian is licensed throughout the state of New Mexico and assists clients with home purchases, refinancing, and a variety of other home loan needs. Outside of work, Damian is a proud father to his son, born in 2022, who constantly teaches him new things and brings endless joy to his life. He is also a self-proclaimed wristwatch enthusiast and passionate foodie. With many of his friends and family also involved in the real estate and mortgage industries, conversations about homes and homeownership are never far away — and he genuinely loves being surrounded by it. Damian believes homeownership is one of the strongest tools for building generational wealth and that every client deserves to be treated as more than just paperwork or numbers on a screen.
