I am passionate about helping individuals just like you, to secure mortgage financing for your primary home, vacation home or investment properties. From first time buying to moving up or down in home size, I get excited to about walking people through the process. I enjoy taking the mystery out of purchase process.


Over the years it has become apparent, there are many reasons that limit people from buying a home or investing in real estate - I work with them to identify those limiting factors and create a plan to move them towards homeownership, whether that be 1 months from now or 5 years. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to your money and how to use for property ownership. The first home my husband and I purchased was a 4-plex! We lived in the building 9 years and continued to invest in other properties.


I have access to down payment assistance programs, conventional, FHA, USDA and VA financing. I also do cross-collateralization, bank statement, DSCR and a host of other portfolio lending.
