With nearly two decades of experience in banking and lending, Jenifer brings a broad understanding of lending, a commitment to service, and a genuine passion for helping families find a place to call home. Jenifer began her career in banking in 2007 after previously serving as an operating partner in a franchise restaurant. Her experience in both business ownership and banking gave her a strong foundation in understanding people, finances, and the importance of finding the right solutions for each individual's needs. Throughout her banking career, she has gained extensive experience in both consumer and commercial lending and has spent the past 10 years specializing in mortgage lending. Her mortgage experience includes secondary market lending, jumbo loans, land loans, construction loans, renovation financing, and HELOCs. She believes that no two borrowers or home-buying journeys are exactly alike, and she takes pride in listening to her clients, educating them throughout the process, and finding financing solutions that fit their unique goals. For Jenifer, lending is about much more than numbers and paperwork. It is about people, community, and service. She has a true servant's heart and is passionate about helping families purchase homes they love while building lives in communities they can be proud of. Her commitment to community extends well beyond her professional life. Jenifer has served on the Keep Ouachita Parish Board for eight years and currently serves as President. Through the organization, she and fellow community members work to educate residents about recycling and litter prevention, organize community cleanups and hazardous-waste and recycling events, and lead beautification projects throughout the parish. Outside of work and community service, Jenifer loves spending time outdoors and enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking, and all things plants. Most importantly, she is a proud mom to two daughters, Mattie and Emma. As a single mother, she understands firsthand the importance of creating a safe, comfortable home and providing a strong foundation for your family. That personal experience is at the heart of why she loves being a mortgage lender.
