Originally from the DMV and now calling Knoxville, TN home, Kevin Wholihan is a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer with The Adrian Hall Team. With a background in property management, Kevin brings a wealth of experience to his role, helping borrowers navigate the complexities of the home buying process. His goal is to simplify and demystify the journey to homeownership, ensuring a smoother experience for his clients. Kevin has a personal stake in the world of real estate, having leveraged his own home to acquire additional properties and access his home's equity. This firsthand experience enriches his ability to guide clients through their financial and property decisions. Kevin currently serves as an Ambassador for the Farragut West Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. When not working, Kevin enjoys cooking, tending to his collection of plants, and traveling. He also enjoys spending quality time on the lake with his husband and their dog.
