As your trusted Rate Loan Officer, my goal is to simplify the mortgage process, make your home loan experience easy to navigate and be available to you from application to closing. I love helping clients find the right loan option to purchase their 1st Home, their Dream Home, an investment property and all homes in between. There are many mortgage options out there and I believe in taking time with my clients and educating them on what is best for their personal situation. It's my goal to ensure that every client receives concierge service, completed with efficiency & great communication. Born and raised in a small Texas town, I was taught to be civic minded and involved in my community. My father was a local home builder and my family was very involved in 4H, FFA & showing American Quarter Horses. After graduating from the University of North Texas, I married and moved to Kearney, MO. While raising four children, I was involved with our family’s real estate business which paved my path to the mortgage industry. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, reading, spending time with my children, and volunteering. My favorite part of being a loan officer with Rate is the connection with diverse people, and sharing the excitement from the pre-approval stage to the final reward at the closing table!
