I have been in the mortgage business since April, 2005. I was a Realtor before getting into mortgage lending. I understand and love real estate and helping people buy the homes, whether it is their first, second, vacation or investment homes. It is usually the customers' biggest investment. I pride myself on finding the best solution for the mortgage or the refinance. Sometimes a rehab loan is in order, and you definitely need the hand holding of a professional, such as me, to help you navigate through the maze. My customers come from all walks of life. I work with many First Time Home Buyers, love helping them through the process. I live in an area that has a lot of vacation homes and get to work with people from all over the country. We also have a lot of investment opportunities here, so that has also became a big part of my business.  
My favorite loan of them all is a VA loan.  We help many veterans getting a home or refinance.
