I am very excited to introduce Rate, Myself, and My Team. I have been in the mortgage business since graduating from the University at Albany with a degree in business in 2001. During this time I have served many clients in their pursuit of attaining the American Dream of home ownership. Being a husband and father of two children, I have a sincere appreciation of what having a home means. Obtaining a mortgage and buying a home can be a very stressful process for many folks and as such, myself and my team work extremely hard to make this process as seamless as possible. In doing this experience counts! I have over 22 years experience and my team collectively has approximately 60 years experience in this business serving our clients. Over these years we have successfully helped thousands of people from all different circumstances and wals of life, obtain financing and to attain that dream!
