I joined the mortgage business just a few weeks after closing on our first home in 2004. After experiencing what it means to be a first-time homebuyer, I wanted to help others get through the sometimes difficult mortgage process as smoothly as possible. The first-time homebuyer needs a synopsis of what to expect during the entire transaction. I patiently educate and hand-hold the buyer throughout closing and beyond. I aim to please with low rates & fees as well as exceptional service. Most of my business comes from past clients and referral partners who recommend me to others, so I know Iýve succeeded. The mortgage process contains too many complicated details involving large sums of money for most to handle on their own and therefore, every borrower needs a trusted professional to walk them through it. I am able to deliver to my clients what an internet based company cannot. I look at the complete picture, advising my clients and responding to all their needs.
