Steve has served the Seattle area for over 20 years starting in investigative accounting and financial planning. His financial expertise gave him the tools to understand the landscape of national and regional economics. He uses that experience to translate personal finance and mortgage banking to each customer. Steve's passion is providing education on personal finance as it relates to mortgages and the impact on every-day life. He believes financial knowledge should be taught early on and provides everyone with the tools needed to succeed, not just in real estate. Steve founded the Dellario Team with the purpose of simplifying the mortgage world and has helped over 2,500 families across the U.S. achieve the dream of homeownership.
