She started her housing career as a residential home builder / developer / remodeler before specializing as a loan officer. She values her clients and approaches each one in a caring and educational way. Buying a home is a huge financial commitment and Theresa hopes to earn your business and be along-side of you each step of the way! Beyond her career, she is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, a mom to 6 and a grandmom to 6...almost 7!
