Chicago Technology Company Advertises among Billion-Dollar Brands during Football Championship
Rate, the eighth largest retail mortgage lender in the nation and an industry technology leader, today announced it will air a commercial during CBS’s broadcast of the Super Bowl on February 7, 2016.
The 30-second spot will feature the company’s spokesperson, home improvement celebrity Ty Pennington, and will focus on how easy it is for customers to use Rate’s Digital Mortgage to find a low, low rate to save money on their mortgage.
The commercial will air regionally in four markets: Chicago, Boston, Tampa, and Salt Lake City. Rate’s headquarters are located in Chicago but the company has approximately 175 branch offices and operates nationwide. The day after the big game, the spot will air nationwide.
“When we discovered there were still openings to advertise in the Super Bowl, we jumped at the chance to leverage this great platform to further strengthen our brand.” said Darren Beck, chief marketing officer at Rate. “This is the most-watched TV broadcast of the year, and it is the perfect stage to showcase the numerous benefits of Rate and our Digital Mortgage.”
“We are thrilled about the successful launch of Rate’s Digital Mortgage and can’t wait to see it featured in its rightful place alongside the nation’s biggest brands,” said Victor Ciardelli, president and CEO of Rate. “Investing in strategic marketing campaigns has paid off tremendously for us already, and we expect this spot to deliver even greater exposure and results.”
Rate will release video of the commercial on its social media channels prior to the championship game.
