Denver Business Journal Ranks Rate as a Top 5 Mortgage Lender in Colorado

Rate, one of the ten largest retail mortgage lenders in the nation, recently added another honor when it was ranked as one of the five largest residential lenders in the state of Colorado by the Denver Business Journal. 

The rankings show that Rate had more than $413 million in loan production in Colorado in 2013, good for fifth place on the list. Colorado has been one of the company's fastest growing markets in recent years, and it has multiple locations across the state. Rate recently added a new mortgage lending location in Evergreen, Colo.

Regional manager Derek Bamonte heads up mortgage lending operations in Colorado for Rate. The company was recognized nationwide in June by landing the #1 ranking on Scotsman Guide's annual "Top Mortgage Lenders" list.
