FNMA Alt-A SISA and 100% LTV Financing

FNMA Alt-A SISA

Due to recent Fannie Mae origination requirements for SISA loans Rate will be no longer be accepting new lock requests for our FNMA Alt-A SISA loans after 5 pm CST today. All loans that are not currently locked must be locked today with a lock period of no longer than 30 days, extensions and relocks will not be allowed.

100% Financing option

Due to Mortgage Insurance Companies guideline restrictions we will no longer be able to offer 100% Financing with Mortgage Insurance loans. All loans that are not locked by 5 pm CST today will not be locked. All loans that need 100% Single Loan financing must be submitted to our Underwriting department by March 25th, 2008 and must be approved by end of business on March 28th, 2008.
