Rate has the Most Top Originators in America for Fourth Consecutive Year

Rate, the eighth largest retail mortgage lenders in the U.S., once again had the most home loan originators named to Mortgage Executive Magazine’s annual list of the “Top 200 Mortgage Originators in America.” It is the fourth consecutive year that Rate has placed the most originators on the list of any bank or mortgage company.

The rankings are designed to “recognize and celebrate the service, dedication, and hard work that leading mortgage originators put into serving their clients,” the magazine wrote. Rate placed 33 loan originators in the Top 200 rankings, which is more than double the number of the second-place company. There are seven more Rate Loan Originators  on the list than there were last year, signaling the company’s growth. Additionally, seven of the top 25 originators in the country listed work at Rate.  The publication also released its list of the nation’s top 1% of mortgage loan originators by production volume. Rate had 96 originators honored on this list.

Founded in 2000, Rate has become one of the nation’s fastest-growing mortgage companies by offering low rate, low fee mortgages and superior customer service. The company has been able to expand successfully through a business model that allows top originators to join the company and close more loans faster through Rate’s commitment to technology, pricing, process, and support.
